Very nice stay overall. Very clean room, bed rather low and softer mattress but it was quiet and we slept well. Reception staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Instant coffee in room was wonderful! The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠
