"The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor.
In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely."

"Very well located property. Close walk to subway and in the middle of all Bella Vista. Vibrant area Room was great. Steps away from bars restaurants. Didn’t do the breakfast as too many cafes in area. It is a noisy area. All of Bella Vista. So be prepared. I would definitely stay here again. "
