"The refrigerator didn’t work when we got there. My husband reset the breaker. It worked for a while, but it tripped the breaker again. So we didn’t have use of a refrigerator. Also, the coffee pot didn’t have the right basket in it to brew coffee, so we got our coffee in the lobby. There was no hair dryer in our room. We asked for one at the front desk, but they didn’t have one. The pillows were terrible."

"I wanted coffee while in my room. But the coffee, coffee maker and ice bucket was located on the bathroom sink. Instead of a table or any place other than the bathroom. I thought that was disgusting. No one wants anything you eat or drink in the area you poop in. "
