"I had a great stay at Belcove hotel. As a low budget option, my room was exactly as I expected. Some facilities may need an upgrade, but otherwise, all were functioning. Staff were very helpful and assisted me with tours and general directions in the area. Location is very convenient to the ferries, as well as a few food options."

"It was a pretty property, had a whole cottage to myself that was comfortable. It was clean and had a lot of amenities, just no where to buy items from on Easter weekend. I felt safe, as a single woman, and felt at ease walking around the neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again. "

"This property is so quaint and nice. Dave and his wife are simply fantastic hoteliers. The team was incredibly attentive, even Mark, the overnight guard was the friendliest person. I highly recommend this place as your headquarters while in Belize City. Very close to the Ferry so it's easy if you're going to spend a couple of days in San Pedro or Caulker Caye. I can't wait to go back and stay longer because we spent the bulk of our time in San Pedro and only got one night at One South Place. We loved it so much our cousin and her friend are going next month based on our recommendation!"
