Staff is extremely hospitable.

The staff was amazing; extremely helpful. Shoutout to the breakfast staff. The hostess in there went out of her way to make it so we had the best breakfast; Also, our checkout staff member was helpful. Very kind.

Property had a really central location but was exceptionally quiet. The room was spacious, lovely and cool, with the heat outside, the bed was lovely snd firm and had lovely firm pillows so was very comfortable. Bathroom large and shower lovely and warm.The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Easy to reach by bus 72 from the airport and then a short walk. Right in the heart of the old town so shopping and dining plus all the sights on the doorstop. A lovely stay in old town Belgrade.

Great location

Loved our stay here, hotel was lovely and location was great, we did have issues trying to get to sleep a couple of the nights as there was loud music coming from outside and we did have an issue with wanting a drink at the inside bar, apparently there was a private function there so couldn’t go in, we came to the conclusion that it was a function room and not an everyday bar, we did sit on the terrace bar and had a drink though but was a bit chilly

Very nice, quite funky new hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Couldn't have a better location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and less than a 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very new, clean and nice. We'll definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

IG Hotel was great the staff was friendly and helpful offering us many suggestion while we were there. Also had a few drinks and desserts in the restaurant in the hotel great service Room service was on time everyday and keep the room clean while we were there. The area was in the shopping square there’s lot to do restaurant and parks and shopping. All in all wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at IG Hotel again

Room is very small

The photo of the white beautiful building is not the hotel actually. The hotel is a much smaller building behind it. The room was very small, no even a space to open your suitcases. Bathroom was spacious tho. The lighting system was confusing. Breakfast has good selection and delicious. Location is great. I asked for a taxi to the airport. They arranged one and told me go out to make a right. Because the hotel is located on the pedestrian only street, you have to walk to the main road. I asked several times exactly where and they told me to just go and I would see. Surely enough, I couldn’t find it because it was a big intersection and very busy with lots of cars. so I ended up getting a street taxi. Not a huge deal

Mediocre IHG Hotel

Horrible customer service. Ordered a bucket of ice and never got it. I had to personally go to the bar and get it. The buckets remained in my room for three days until I had to take them down myself. I complained with the receptionist and she did not even care. The AC does not work well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The rooms lack ventilation and sun light. It seemed they gave me the worst room. I have always been treated excellent in other IHG properties as I am a silver member, this is the first time I experienced this level of mediocre customer service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for good location there are other hotels like Envoy Hotel, Art Belgrade Hotel, or Museum Hotel, they are in the same street and I’m sure you will be better off in one of these hotels.

Otel merkezi yerde temiz ve düzenli bir otel ama ilk gün otel odasini toplanmaya gelmediler 2. Gün otel müşterisi olmama rağmen özel organizasyon denilerek otelin bar ve restoran bölümüne alınmadım. Bunca otellerde konaklama yaptım içlerinde diğer ülkelerde bundan cok daha iyi otellerde vardı ama hic birinde otel müşterisinin otelin barına ve restoran bölümüne alınmadığını ne gördüm ne de duydum hele ki dışarıdan gelen musterileri alıp otel müşterisinin alınmaması kötü bir davranıştır .
