「Cabins were very cute and cozy. Our first cabin had a terrible bed and the staff was so friendly and very wonderful at being able to switch our cabin for our second night stay. Great hospitality!!! Thank you!!!」

「We got there at 8:55 and the website said the pool was open until 10. The front desk staff said the pool closed for kids at 9, which wasn’t said anywhere on the website. So we stood there with a crying toddler while the front desk ladies just stood and watched. It was just uncomfortable. Got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. Had to plunge to toilet three different times. No breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Just overall a lousy stay.」
