It's perfect for a getaway weekend or weeklong vacation. Our room was well equipped and spacious. The staff was attentive and helpful. My favorite thing was the inhouse coffee shop. No wandering the streets looking for your morning latte.

I lived in Freedom ME in 1975-77 & it wasn't much to write home about. Now it's a great place to go...galleries, restaurants, bakeries, shops, it's very cool & beautiful. Lots of interesting architecture & right on the ocean.

Just a fun little town to walk thru and around. Pretty harbor and a rail trail ifnyou wish for a longer walk. Very ecletic town and shops.
