Great staff and place

The room was very clean and functional with a cozy bed, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

The location

Great location. Restaurant excellent, including their breakfasts and dinners. Spacious rooms. Walkable to many location if walkers. Very attentive staff

Clean and comfortable room. Cold A/C. Close to airport.

Inside the building is very nice and clean but, outside is not very nice, streets are dirty and smells bad. I love the hotel and definitely will come back.

I’ve stayed at other places in Belem, and none of them are as good to me as the Holiday Inn in Ananindeua.

A good hotel in a historic building, in the port area. Fully renovated for COP30 summit in 2025. Nice views of the river and docs. Rooms are spacious and good. The area is well maintained. I enjoyed my stay there. Thanks a lot.

Hotel is okay for a short stay and is close to airport.

In a very strange time of Covid 19, the staff went out of their way to take care of the guests. Instead of the full 10 days stay I ended up leaving Belem and stayed out in a village most of my trip. Great hotel near the patio mall

Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names. A special thank you to Lucas Matheus for all your very kind and attentive service. You made our stay in Belém very memorable.
