"It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. A good place to relax by the pool and enjoy the typical food of Alentejo. It's a humble place with a really nice team. Ms Beatriz and the entire family are very welcoming. Their dog Anubis made my day. "

"This property is quite remote. I don’t recommend trying to find it in the dark- although we were sent very good instructions. This place encourages mingling with other guests and we had a delightful time with a British and a Swedish couple around the huge fireplace and at the communal dining table. It is well worth requesting the dinner for$€30 a person including wine."

"Friendly hosts and staff. We enjoyed breakfast in common room with other guests. Felt like family. Location is excellent as a hub to visit the region. So many beaches around but a nice swimming pool back at hotel."
