"Room was lovely, modern feeling, spacious and clean. The guest house as a whole is a lovely place to relax. Rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. Sofa area with honesty bar. Tables outside next to pool. Security coded doors for coming amd going. Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the breakfast, really nice continental selection, oat milk optional which I really appreciated and did not expect, option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon in addition to self service spread. Guest house really central in village for exploring."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights on route elsewhere. The staff are absolutely charming and helpful in every way. Available meals were simple and limited, but were more than adequate and were reflected in their lower cost, particularly as the setting from the veranda easily made up for it. Drinks were also kept affordable, making for a very relaxed stay. For a number of years now, we have booked later flights, and book into a rural hotel about half an hour away from the airport, before moving on to our intended destination. This hotel is ideal for that both inbound and outbound to Faro. We will use again if we use Faro airport. Note: All of our uk based credit cards were declined at this hotel, despite being useable elsewhere. A bit of faffing about was required, in that we had to get our daughter to pay from the uk, refund her, and get her to send proof of payment."

"We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful b&b. I had booked it as a surprise for my husband and it couldn't have been more perfect, The room was spotless and a lovely big bed. The breakfast was outstanding, literally everything you could think of for breakfast.the owners were very lovely and accommodating. The location was just perfect. So many recommendations, we missed dinner at the b&b but wish we had booked it. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This property is a little oasis hidden away. While a bit tricky to get to as you have to drive on unpaved roads, it's worth it once you get there. The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was wonderful and included local products. The location is quite rural, however, the closest town (Ourique) was only a 15 minute drive away. It's not a big town by any means, but there were a few restaurant options and a Pingo Doce and an Aldi for groceries. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star stay was the atmosphere during our stay due to other guests. There happened to be a large family who booked during the same time as us and they completely took over the pool area. As the location is in such a quiet area and there isn't a ton to do, we were looking forward to sitting by the beautiful pool and relaxing in the afternoon. That was tainted by children screaming and jumping into the pool, in addition to them bringing a speaker and playing loud music for hours. They were having a good time and the property is family friendly so perhaps our fault for not inquiring, but if you're looking for a quiet getaway, this may not be the place to book. While it wasn't the stay we were hoping for, the staff and accommodation itself was wonderful."

"Because we had problems with the car we were very late checking in. The owner who's birthday it was came to get us checked in and as l have recently had spinal surgery and walking was a difficulty he went out of his way to give us the most convenient room for me and my partner. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. Friendly welcoming staff superb 👌"

"We had an amazing stay, and the staff was great! They had a secure place for us to leave our bicycles, they let us check in early and there was an amazing restaurant. The rooms were wonderful with a small patio that overlooked a courtyard and the views from the roof were spectacular!"
