I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even made sure I get breakfast when I almost missed the time and waited for me. The location is very quite and scenic. I will be coming back

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
It sits in a very nice area of the mountains of Lebanon, very quite, the view is unbelievably gorgeous. We happened to have a very hot humid front during our stay, but I expect it to be great in good weather. The staff are very nice, cooperative and friendly .
The morning breakfast was about average. The pool was great.
The Wi-Fi is bad, I could not depend on it through out the duration of my stay.
The facility needs a face lift.
We were upgraded to a nice wide clean comfortable spacious room with a great view.
Air conditioner was good, electricity was available 24/24.
You do need a car, although taxis were very friendly , available and not expensive .
I would definitely go back…
Very family oriented, although not much is available in a walking distance .
The view was the only good thing about our stay..
The hotel is not even worth 3 stars.. The location is deserted and nothing is close to the hotel.. Breakfast is horrible and no choices at all. AC in public areas rarely opened and electricity goes on an off so many times during the day.
The room we had in the beginning was so dirty and outdated and then they offered us a renovated room but they charged us 30$ extra per night.. but we had no option but to accept as the old rooms were stinky and so dirty.
Finally, since you have to deal with cash in Lebanin, we had to exchange some dollars to Lebense pounds. The owner (Her name is AIDA) convinced us that one US Dollar is worth 25000 Lebenese pound so we changed some cash with her to discover that everywhere the correct exchange value was 29000 Lebenese pound per dollar.
Won't ever go there again and don't recommend it to anyone.
Friendly Staff, specially the manager "Georges" he was nice to offer me upgrade on the Room and was flexible with check-in and check out.
The breakfast was exquisite.
The view is great and the area is calm

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
I like the location, rooms in general are good. But if you are looking for generosity you wont find it. Especially in breakfast and room stuff. The worth think is that you feel that you are not welcomed (from the management not the staff).
Amazing hotel surrounded by green trees along with amazing view .
Calming area ,very good & clean swimming pool along with active music,
Friendly and very kind staff with immediate response including taher ,rita , imad, chief Rabee, naji and others
Reasonable and logical prices with good services, families atmosphere.
Actually, me and my family enjoyed staying 9 days in monteverde hotel
I’m strongly recommending
Overlooking Beirut with excellent pool and gardens. Not like your major chains, so don't expect the usual stamped-out hotel experience. Rooms clean and comfortable, staff courtaeous and helpful. No problem with late checkout lounging poolside.0
