I only stayed for two nights, but my experience at **Pan Pacific Suzhou** was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. What truly stood out was the **exceptional customer service**. When I accidentally left my necklace behind, the staff went above and beyond to ensure its safe return—sending it to my next hotel in Shanghai **the very next day**! Their honesty, efficiency, and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel for its **prime location, pristine rooms, and thoughtful service**. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!
