前台的服務品質很好，十分熱心、主動提供協助。飯店早餐、下午茶都蠻好吃的。較不足的是，雖是禁菸，但，旅店內還是偶爾會飄來菸味，衣服上也會沾染到味道。

交通真的很便利，附近居民区有很接地气的当地民间小吃和点心铺。附近的团结湖公园很有当地人生活气息。步行/地铁不远就是繁华所在，可谓闹中取静的好地段。下午2-8点还有免费下午茶食供应。
