Restaurant and bar is operated by a separate business, not by the hotel. Breakfast staff are neither welcoming nor attentive. Disappointing breakfast, almost no fresh fruit, none at all one morning, just...

「Gemütlich, sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen.」

「It's a nice room and mostly clean but they were stains on the carpet and the sofa that made it feel less welcoming. Everything else was perfect, The shops and Mall nearby are great and getting to the center of Vienna is extremely easy. There is also a decent running trail pretty much just across the street.」
