「Clean and comfortable. Swimming pool facilities good with children’s area, small sauna, large steam room and jacuzzi and towels provided. Breakfast was absolutely fine but not a huge choice and some items had run out by 9am and didn’t appear to being replaced. Would recommend especially if a golfer. Swimming pool closing mid August for some refurbishment. 」

「I stayed for one night whilst travelling for a mixture of business and pleasure. It had been a long hot day so it was a pleasure to step into the cool of this lovely old inn. The welcome was warm and friendly and in fact I think the friendliness of the staff is my standout reason to stay. 「Nice and spacious room. My only 'complaint' is that when we checked in we were told that breakfast was included. I didn't select this option but as I booked a number of hotels for our trip I didn't recall each one. Wish they had been clearer but the breakfast was both good and reasonably priced. I would definitely suggest staying here if you are in the area.」
