「I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience. As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. 「The room has roaches, I smelled Marijuana as soon as I walked to the back door to go to my room. The TV remote didn't work, staff brought me another but had to keep pressing it hard to change the channels. Last night was the only night the street actually got hot. I will never stay there again.」

「It was ok. Convenient because it was right by the highway. Pool was closed for maintenance at this time. I personally don’t like hotel rooms with vinyl floors. The floor is always so dirty and that was the case here too. Kitchen is available but there is no dishes or silverware or pots so totally useless.」

「The first appearance left a little to be desired. The exterior looked a little run down but we decided to give the room a chance. Room was very clean with just a few notes. Microwave was unplugged, but I moved it to the desk instead of trying to find the plug behind the TV. Staff at check in were okay, just not overly friendly. 「Room was updated and very clean. My 7 year old kept saying how good it was. With that said, the hotel is old, and might appear sketchy to some from the outside. I gave it a chance, being that it was 3-4x cheaper than things available in College Station and we literally only needed a place to sleep for 8 hours.
