"At check-in the room was not cleaned from the last guests, they had to change our room. The bar and restaurant closed way early so we had no food or drinks. On day 2 we planned to spend the morning in the pool. At 10 am I asked the desk for towels for the pool and she gave them to me. We got in then they told us hey the pool is closed for cleaning. Instead of cleaning the pool before open time at 10 am or maybe even overnight they had it closed all morning. It was a really nice place but the staff really needs better training and communication skills. Breakfast was excellent, bed was comfy, shower was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Our room was large and comfortable. The refrigerator did not work and we were too weary to fuss about it Also, the sofa area had a strong smell of cat urine but the pillows and cushions didn’t seem to be holding the odor. I tried to tell the desk staffer when checking out, she was too busy on the phone and didn’t acknowledge my attempt to say something."

"There were several minor issues that were taken care of promptly, although the elevator was out the entire weekend. The air conditioning worked properly and the noise was very minimal. I was in the room next to the ice machine and you couldn't hear anything once the door was closed. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. Being able to walk to two of the areas of the park was also convenient. The front desk staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was a slight disappointment in that the buffet was the only thing they served all three days. When I went in the first day and was told it was buffet only, I specifically asked if this would be the case the next day and they said no, Saturday is traditionally buffet only, but Sunday they allow for ordering from the menu. That was not the case. As there were a couple things I wanted to try, I was disappointed that I couldn't. Since the menu is in every room and posted outside the door, a simple sign saying buffet only when the menu was unavailable would have been appreciated. That said, the food was good, homemade, and they did a good job keeping it refilled. Only recommendation would be to invest in some mesh trays to keep the biscuit bottoms from overcooking on the hot tray and to elevate the bacon out of the grease. (Though the bacon was piled high and very crispy when not at the bottom.) But these are minor quibbles."

"Room and bathroom were very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t say much about the tv reception, picture was really poor but it was Direct TV so that may have been the issue. The constant dinging of the entrance door bell was irritating since our room was close to the entrance."

"I can’t complain overall, the staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the location was very convenient with the airport being basically across the street. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot."
