"The room was decent. The AC worked well. Rooms with connecting room door arent even close to being sound proof. There was a hockey tournament happening when we were there and kids were playing hockey in the halls constantly. While the staff did tell them to stop it never lasted long. With being fairly full the breakfast room was not equipped to handle that amount of people. Didn’t get breakfast any of the days because I was Not about to deal With that. Would have been nice for the time to be extended to allow people to go a bit later when it wasn’t so crazy. The pull out sofa was terrible. Very uncomfortable, made noise with every movement. I ended Up sleeping on it not pulled out the second night it was so bad. "

"I was intrigued to find this hotel offering $10 off per night where guest waives maid service. But it is a credit only on meals at the very good, but very expensive in house restaurant where $10 doesn’t make a dent. What first appears as an innovative environmental policy turns out to be a marketing gimmick. Figures!"
