"Hotel shows a little age but they do a good job keeping it clean and staff was pleasant. I like hotels where rooms have doors to the outside and this had a huge green area to look out on or walk your dog if you have one. Breakfast was hot and good. Enjoyed our stay."

"This place was horrible. The shower did not work and when I asked the person in charge about it he didn't care. He told me that I can go use someone else's room for their shower. Really? There is a reason why this place is so cheap. No thank you, I would rather pay extra and have great service and a clean establishment. "

"The creamer was right next to the machines.That was very hot.They were not cold at all.And should have been kept near a cooler or in ice. You have to hold down the toilet handle in order for the toilets to flush. The beds are extremely high hard for those who have artificial joints.Such as I to get up in there.And stay in bed. The building itself is in major need of an overhaul of repairs.They kept the refrigerator unplugged and the air conditioner off instead of prepping the room for a visitors. Then, put a sign on the mirror pretty.Please, please, please.Please.Please and plug all appliances.Turn off the air conditioner and lights before leaving. Econo lodge would do a great service in regards to not putting their name on a building.That is not maintained and kept in high standards. The gazebo looks like the wood is rotted and would be considered a hazard. "When we arrived I was greeted by a kiosk not an actual person. When it came time to do the deposit I asked if they had tap to pay and they said I would need the physical card. I explained I was traveling and had grabbed my sisters card on accident instead of mine and the kiosk guy said it was ok to manually enter the numbers, which since it's my card I know them by heart. The guy who was doing laundry came out and said absolutely not. After arguing with them at 10pm finally he let me manually enter the numbers. Then we get to the room and the TV doesn't work it won't connect to the Internet and the AC didn't work. There was a portable unit but that didn't work either it was missing required parts to work properly. And the refrigerator was warm. I called 0 on the phone and was basically refused to move us rooms. Overall this place was horrible and I will NEVER stay at a Sure stay ever again nor will I use hotels.com due to the fact that when I called and complained they had to wait for hotel staff to decide on a refund. Why did I use hotels.com then. Just saying"
