"The cleanest hotel I’ve been to. Close to everything. Rooms were huge, breakfast was great. I didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay there again"

"Ordered room service and they forgot items. Called customer service and talked to the restaurant directly and I still never got my items AND was charged for the entirety of the order. Key cards kept getting deactivated and had to visit the desk more than once. Shuttle was great and timely. Questions asked were always met apart from the situations above."

"Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had toiletries that were just ok. No restaurant or bar anymore and I was disappointed with that. Otherwise it was ok and they have a shuttle to go to the casino, outlets and the harbor."
