The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. They also asked the kitchen at the connected restaurant to let us in before they closed as we got in late the night before. The food was amazing, by the way! The best cheeseburger we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The chalet lounge was an absolute delight: rustic charm meets modern comfort, with plush seating, a crackling fireplace, and an inviting ambiance that made it hard to leave. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the private balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views that changed beautifully with the light...

This property is in a great location in the middle of Megeve. Great restaurants in the building and many others within walking distance. Once you arrive a car isn't necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our room very much with a nice balcony over looking the village. Would definitely return.

This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer. My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here.
