「Very clean hotel and was within walking distance to everything!」

「We arrived and unfortunately they had a nationwide computer outage. We were ok with that, but then they sent us to two rooms already occupied before finally going to check first on a third room. The room was very clean, but the layout sinks. They put the bed and couch opposite each other and the TV on a cabinet on a sidewall. The TV swiveled, but because it was in a skinny cabinet next to a wall it could only be swiveled to sit 30° and you had to look at an angle to view it which caused a bit...

「My two-night stay was an average one, but I expected more from the room and the hotel staff. In my room, the carpet was torn at the bathroom door. I could tell that a repair attempt was made but the 6" long tear was still noticeable. In the shower, the hooks on the shower curtain were all unhooked, which allowed the shower curtain to come loose from two of the points of attachment. The thermostat in the room was set to 67 and was not able to be adjusted. This was far too cold for comfort in the...

「Upon arrival the elevators were not working. We had to carry luggage up 6 flights to our room. When we returned from dinner around 9 pm the elevators were still not working. The next day we were already ready for bed around 8:30 when the fire alarm caused the entire building to evacuate. I was not offered any accommodation for these interruptions to adequate service. I will not be willing to trust Hyatt hotels again.」

From registration staff to house-keeping staff all employees we interacted with were friendly and proactive in caring for us. Will have to return to experience the rooftop. Made-to-order omelettes were really a nice touch. Happy hour a plus. Loved the size of our room. Nice view of downtown from the pool area.」

「The staff was great, but when I went up to my room. I wasn't very impressed. There was only cold water and the toilet barely flushed. The restaurant had great servers very friendly and polite. I just wish that the water was working better.」
