「Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV.」

「Never got check-in instructions. Way too much time spent dorking around st front door trying to get set Parking not clearly marked. For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things」

「Took forever at the front desk and we were the only people up there. Also, the beds were so horribly noisy. If you rolled over in one of the queen beds in the middle of the night, it was so loud it woke up the person in the other bed.」

「Very clean and nice property. Was there for a wedding in Taylors. Great location. Water pressure in shower was good, comfy bed and nice frig and microwave (although didn’t use the microwave). Breakfast was good and the hot cinnamon rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had! Wish they would have had some scrambled eggs but other than that no complaints!」
