「Everything about our stay was outstanding. If I could give Heather a10++++++, I would. The unit was immaculate. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room. Bed and bed sheets were superb. 10 min drive from town in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked down the hill to the grocery store. Just our best stay on our 4 week stay in Ireland/Scotland. 」

「This property is right on the river with lots of shopping and restaurants in easy access. I appreciated the availability of a parking permit, since all the street parking says permit only. They were smart to leave the washer manual in the welcome notebook as I had no idea how to operate this style of washer. Check in info was sent to our what’s app, which makes a lot of sense, since they draw travelers from all over the world. I wish we could have stayed longer!」

When we arrived at the property, we found the hot tub liner was ripped which made using it a challenge...also we found several of the showers would not get cold and the heads on a couple showers would spray everywhere. 「Lovely, well equipped, cosy little apartment ideally located for activities on Loch Ness and beautiful walks in a variety of terrain and easy reach of Fort Augustus and Inverness, some right from the doorstep. Lots of nice welcoming touches and the owners responded quickly to request for information. Good shower over the deep bath but it’s a bit slippery and a couple of grab rails and a non slip mat would improve safety for those with mobility issues wanting to immerse themselves in a soothing...

「The property was easy to find, communication was good, and the location worked well for our needs, with a quick drive into Inverness. Street parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. The shower had only fair to low water pressure. The biggest issue was the beds. Each bedroom had two very narrow beds that felt smaller than...
