「Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close.」

「We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11.」

Two towels were in our room when we arrived, but every day after that we returned to our room to find one was taken. When we asked for a second, they quickly got one, but it was removed before we could use it the next morning.」

In the room we did not have a towel to put down outside the shower, our hair dryer was broken, and we only received one tiny bar of soap in the...

「Absolute Empfehlung !!! Alles war total sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage lief auch absolut leise. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut...es gab Omeletts, Speck, Brötchen, Toastbrot, Muffins...also generell schon mehr als beim typischen amerikanischem Frühstück. Check in und check out war auch super schnell.」

「The pictures don’t fit the room description, it’s false advertisement. The blankets had cigarette burns on it, the couch had really bad stains and food still stuck to the material. Blood droplets were on the wall and the carpet. The towels and rags were so dirty and stained. The toilet had poop stuck on the seat. My husband told the stuff, the guy said he was coming to fixed it and never showed up. Breakfast included meant honey buns and danishes with coffee, that’s was the best part.」

Dirty room, poor service, instead of having an incidental fee after you pay for your room, they want you to have a pre-authorization for the entire price of the room and and then when you show up, they want you to pay for the room while you still have a pre-authorization hanging out there for the full rate of the room. Ridiculous.」
