「Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close.」

「It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry.」

「We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11.」

「We got there late so we would have left asap after we seen the room and especially the sheets! Let’s just say Scary at best and a piece of plywood would have been more comfortable. Checked out first thing in the morning! Please pay the extra money to stay elsewhere」

「The Pool was a deep shade of green. There were roaches in our 3rd floor room. The man who checked us in kept asking if we had pets. Obsessed with it. We did not. Other than that the stay was ok.」

「The ac was not great. The room was humid and smelled. I got up because I felt like something bit me. There were small dead bugs in the bed!! Then a live spider crawled under the mattress! It was very late so we switched rooms and it was better. The staff was very nice but wouldn’t stay again.」

「The gentleman at the front desk was friendly when we check in. The next morning we had an issue with a vending machine and they lady at the front desk was not helpful at. She was like in lala land. She was like I don't know.. I just don't know.. We tried to get the supervisor to talk to us and would not get off the phone to come and help us at all. Very disappointed!」
