"Breakfast: Great hot breakfast with very nice and recently remodeled dining area and food buffet room. Room: Clean with plenty of towels. Only clean room on 4th day if staying 3 days or longer. Had a few things to report to staff: 2nd deadbolt (do not disturb flag) not working and bathroom exhaust fan not working... Parking: In center court of facility so somewhat protected from any severe weather and more secure. Staff: mixed feedback on staff. All housekeeping were great. Some front counter staff were also great where maybe 80% were odd interactions. Odd commentary that did not seem appropriate. Example: asked about something and since the person did not know answer right off their first response was "oh S#!t" before actually looking into it. Other situation where I came in with spouse mid-day to show the eating area and the person at counter said food service was closed. I said I just was showing the nice area to my spouse...they responded with a huff and, "uh, ok" (sarcastically). Then shifted to somewhat friendlier chat after. But, again, odd and this was noticed on many occasions. Suggest some hospitality training at the very least. Recommendation to owner: Put dog bags near entry so regardless if non-pet area you won't get piles of dog poop because no one is picking up after their dog gets out and does duty after long car ride. Was a mine field in grass by entry."
