「I don’t recommend. You can hear your neighbors every move and sexual interactions. I see why ear plugs were left on the night stand. Bathroom wasn’t clean enough and most of everything inside of the bathroom was broken. Water pressure was terrible; inside the bathroom but great in the kitchen area. 「very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area. The beach shuttle to the most beautiful beach was our highlite. think might make good location for girls weekend with shopping in the village area although it did get a little...

「Roaches in the bathroom, on the walls, on the bed, everywhere! Carpet had been sprayed with some type of solution that made the entire place smell like cleaning solution and carpeted area was wet from it. Overall I would not recommend this place at all to my enemy let alone friends and family. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!」

「The lock on my door didn’t work. I was never able to independently get into my room. It took six trips to the front desk for a 4 night stay. Maintenance was supposed to fix it the first night, but no one ever did. It was super frustrating to have to go to my room (3rd floor), try the key, and go back to the front desk and have them come up to unlock the door. 」

「It was a good stay. Loved the coffee and cleanliness. Wish I could've used the fitness room, but everything we did in the day was exhausting afterwards. The toiletries offered was best, Dove is a good product. The beds and pillows were most comfortable. I slept well. 」

「Staff was welcoming and when our original cabin had a maintainance problem they upgraded us to a larger cabin near the beach. 」

「Lady at the front desk claimed my reservation was cancelled and refused to check me into my room. She did not even try to assist me further. I had to quickly find another room after just flying in from DC. Thank God I reserved with my Amex. Incredible.」

「Very clean and family friendly. Our 2 year old loved the pool. Very close walk to the beach. The mattress in the room was very soft and pillows were as well. 」

「Beautiful pool and “lazy river” area to float around on tubes, which were provided. Lovely lighting on the pool area at night. Our tv didn’t work and the desk sent up a maintenance person right away. The cable box was not working and he was apologetic but unable to fix it at the time. Nice breakfast, roomy shower. 」
