Vielen lieben Dank...

「I will start by saying we arrived at night, which may have impacted our opinion of the property. The property is an old castle and it presents as one, specifically at night. Lots of unused space, makes part of the property feel empty. We had some confusion around dining, and the availability of dinner service, making it a bit confusing. We were told yes to dinner service, and no by the staff at the restaurant… and ultimately had to have the front desk call to rectify the situation. In the...

「We stayed here for 4 wonderful nights in September. We loved everything about this hotel ..the location, the gardens, the delicious Breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the amazing views . But the thing we loved the most was the incredible STAFF. From the moment we arrived, Patrizia at the front desk made us feel so welcome. During our stay she helped us in every way possible, making dinner reservations, arranging taxis and making us feel like valued guests. She is wonderful! ...
