「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「The room we had was very very basic - which we actually didnt mind that much as we werent planning on spending that much time there. Sadly we didnt see any staff for the entire 10 day we were there, other than when we hu ted them down for clean towels. The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay and we had to empty the bins ourselves. If your looking for a base to stay, wash up and get your head down then thos is for you - if you want any sort of 'hotel' service then you'd be better off...

「When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as...

「SPA dyrt i forhold til andre. Reklamasjon for SPA ubehagelig av personale. Swimmingpool iskaldt, da bsr badet sjøen bedere og fint. Dream Beach brygge likte jeg godt og service var god og hyggelig. Vedlikehold av den andre brygge dårlig og var stengt. Sandbeach er ikke stor. Romfasilitet - store rom flott og renholdet super. Trenger oppussing og bedre vedlikehold- gardiner og vindue veldig gamle. Mat Frokostbuffé ok kveld middagsbuffé 2ganger dårlig 1 gang super. Dette hotellet har vell fått...
