「Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!」

「Our go to pace in Port Townsend. We always ask for a 3rd floor view room near center of hotel. Breakfast is basic cereal , bagels and they do have a waffle maker.」

The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「I loved staying in this haunted castle hotel! The bad was there was no maid service on a two night stay and there was no soap or shampoo to use. We had to ask for soap. The hotel was cool with old pictures and stories from staff though.」
