「Property was well presented in an as new condition and well appointed , conveniently located on a tram line for easy travel and commuting.」

「The Apartment is very clean and tidy. The view is absolutely wonderful. The receptionist(Chinese Lady) is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Apartment.」

「Our apartment was a great size, plenty of room for my family of 4. It was clean with everything we needed. Self check in was easy enough and loved the pin entry to the apartment, saved us having to carry key/card around to get in and out. Only thing we didn’t like was the front sliding door didn’t lock! Being on the bottom floor street facing, fortunately the front yard fencing is tall so felt safe enough. 」

「管理團隊友善，都能達成需求，溝通過程順暢。房間乾淨，空間大，樓層高風景好，廚房設備充足，硬體設施齊全，近市區，周圍餐廳選擇多。因為無實體櫃台，在入住及退房都需要預約人員來拿或收取鑰匙，如自行開車及搭乘晚班班機會較不方便些。」

「Check in and out process with the team was smooth and they had great communication. The apartment was great, the side we stayed on was quiet with not much noise. Its does need a little (TLC) on a few things that i noticed.(carpets and stovetop to be given a better clean) Although in saying so they are minor things and if i had to come back to melb in future i would not mind returning here.」

「A lovely place with very nice harbour view. Location is very convenient with easy access to tram stops and restaurants. Feb is very helpful in showing me on getting around. We would love to stay here again.」

「This is the second time i stayed in this hotel，very comfortable. Just let them know if you check in after 6pm， they will have key arrangment.」

「古舊不失優雅建築外貌，房間十分整潔，廚具保養得宜，乾衣洗衣機齊全。雖然公寓內沒有當值員工，但仍能用電話及電郵聯絡他們，亦提供良好服務。附近有大量食肆及一家超市，十分方便。一街之隔有電車站及地鐵站。」

「除了不是每天有人清潔房間外，其他都十分好」

「Decent apartment for 2 adults & 2 children. Shower had great water pressure though kitchen sink had low pressure. Good to have a washing machine & dryer. Little tricky to find entrance but they had detailed directions. From car park entrance beware there’s 5 steps to the lift so would have to lift suitcases. Beds comfy but sofa was very saggy and not very comfortable to sit on. Aircon unit worked fine. Pool was good. Overall a great central spot to stay. 」
