しかし平日は午後9時、週末は午後4時でフロントが不在になることを事前に知らされず、念のため送ったメールへの返信も遅くて確認できませんでした。
週末夜に到着し、かなり慌てました。緊急連絡先に電話し、宿泊客の助けを借りてどうにかチェックインできました。
また氷点下の夜、お湯が出ず、かなり困りました。その日入浴できませんでした。フロント不在＝クレーム対応が難しいことを踏まえ て、宿泊は検討すべきかと思います。"
