"Front desk staff do their best to accommodate you. Leyah, Chevy, Kevion and Brittany are simply the best and my reason to always come back. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is great, will be back on April."

"Hotel is clean, breakfast was as expected with plenty of options (even dairy-free milk), 1st floor room was quiet - didn't hear any noise from above or from the hallway. Auto-deadbolt locks are a mess. It would lock when I opened the door and I had to jimmy it to get the door closed again. These need to be fixed or replaced. My bath/shower water only got to warm, but I think it was just for my room because my sister stayed in a different room and had super hot water immediately. My sink water was hot, but not the shower, so it's probably a maintenance issue with the shower handle in that room. I did not dock the overall rating for these issues because if they address them then this is a great hotel."
