"The staff are extremely helpful. But our door to our room looked like it had been kicked in and was not very secure door frame was not fixed. Shouldnt of used that room until fixed properly. The windows and walls need to be cleaned. There was a couple of girls screaming and running though the building until about 3 am didnt get much sleep. "

"Breakfast was satisfactory Air conditioning was very good. Overall the property had nicely furnished rooms. A downside is the lack of an elevator for rooms on the second floor... but it is what it is. Staff were very smiley and friendly."

"Fairly strong order in hallway and room like stale smoke or something Noisy dog in room across from us. 11pm barking and 6:55am barking. Staff were on it quickly. Shampoo and conditioner bottles hard to get stuff out. Almost bruised knuckles to get any out. Staff were great"

"Check in took some time as there was only one person at the desk but she was great and helpful and very informative. The cleanliness in the rooms could use some improvement. Especially in the bathroom . But overall our stay was good as it was just for sleeping because we were there for a wedding . SHUTTLE Bus driver was super friendly funny and patient . Thank you !!!"

"After we arrived, I found out that this hotel is in receivership. The outside is very dirty and the rooms are very worn out and stained. We even had a homeless person knock on our patio door and ask for money. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Hotels.com need to update the star rating as it was listed as 4 stars. It should be 1 star."
