"Breakfast! Just a continental breakfast. If you wanted a hot breakfast, there was an $8.00 up charge per person. Most hotels have a hot breakfast included. Staff in breakfast restaurant were not very friendly. When we entered, the hostess or whatever she was demanded that we give her the tickets we received from the front desk. My wife gave them to her. But, before we could get seated, another girl also requested the tickets. When she was told, not once, but twice that we had given them to the other girl, she mumbled something under her breath and walked away. I don’t believe that is how we should have started our day! And, don’t think it was at all necessary. Include a hot breakfast, and maybe someone who enjoys their job a little more."

"There were not a lot of breakfast options. The eggs were overcooked. There was not enough parking. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke."

"The hotel was comfortable and the beds were great. However when we booked the room was advertised as “renovated” and I found the shower a little dirty and stained. Also we were there for a dance competition and were excited about the back-lit mirror for makeup application but our light was not working. Our floor was stinky because people were smoking in their room."

"Breakfast was satisfactory Air conditioning was very good. Overall the property had nicely furnished rooms. A downside is the lack of an elevator for rooms on the second floor... but it is what it is. Staff were very smiley and friendly."

"Fairly strong order in hallway and room like stale smoke or something Noisy dog in room across from us. 11pm barking and 6:55am barking. Staff were on it quickly. Shampoo and conditioner bottles hard to get stuff out. Almost bruised knuckles to get any out. Staff were great"

"Check in took some time as there was only one person at the desk but she was great and helpful and very informative. The cleanliness in the rooms could use some improvement. Especially in the bathroom . But overall our stay was good as it was just for sleeping because we were there for a wedding . SHUTTLE Bus driver was super friendly funny and patient . Thank you !!!"

"After we arrived, I found out that this hotel is in receivership. The outside is very dirty and the rooms are very worn out and stained. We even had a homeless person knock on our patio door and ask for money. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Hotels.com need to update the star rating as it was listed as 4 stars. It should be 1 star."
