「The hotel is in a beautiful location. Backed up against the river and a two minute walk to the lake. The room was fine, nothing special but my TV didn’t work. My biggest complaint is that when I went to ask for help with the TV the deskclerk was between customers and when I said the TV wasn’t working she asked me in front of other guests what my room number was. I didn’t want to make it seem like I was being difficult so I told her, but then was paranoid the rest of my stay that anyone who was...

「The staff was friendly and property was clean but our room smelled like urine really bad. I possibly would stay in a smaller room in future but the big room with kitchenette was very smelly of strong urine. The staff were nice though.」

「Room was great.. on 2nd floor .. a lot of noise from other guest, banging on door , yelling … banging on wall … very disturbing wasn’t no fault of hotel but no one ever came to address problem this went on from 10 pm to 12:30 am.. had a hard time falling asleep .. didn’t know if crazy guest had a gun .. sounded like he was abusing his wife or girlfriend.. pretty sad」
