「The view from our room was excellent the carpet in our room was filthy. Upon arrival the desk clerk that checked us in was extremely impersonal with no personality to deal with customers. Unprofessional and abrupt almost to the point of being rude. In the dining room the food was excellent the service was less than good. Our order was forgot to be put in so we waited. One person who was helpful and pleasant was a girl that cleaned tables Emily she welcomed us and was so helpful to us.」
