"The hot tub was broken and was cold. We had booked specifically to have a pool and hot tub. Then about 6-7 little children and played and screamed in the cold hot tub. There were teenagers sitting in chairs talkng and they let in some fully dressed guy from outside. We did about 3 laps went to get towels which there were none and all 3 of us left. Also, your beds are made for 6 foot tall men. We are average height women and I had to leap onto the bed and I am 70 years old. In the middle of the night I got up to go to the restroom and fell off the bed and caught myself in time so I didn't fall on my face. Next you time you change the type of beds you buy. Think about seniors, elderly and women of average height."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would also compliment the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend for food and drinks. It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful.
