「The stay was not bad. Unfortunately our smoke alarm detector went off not once but twice within an hour at 2:30 AM. The first time it went off, the gentleman at the front desk said there was no fire and probably someone smoking nearby. The second time it went off, we went to the front desk and he came to the room and took it off saying it probably needed batteries. Needless to say not a restful night. 「I booked about a month prior to visiting. When we arrived there system had some sort of error and they couldn’t find my reservation. Therefore they didn’t have my room available. Mind you it’s 10:30 at night, I have two kiddos and a baby in the car desperately needing to go to sleep. It took the staff 45 minutes to try and figure out some sort of solution. I had originally purchased a room with two queen beds. They finally were able to get me in a room with one king. And then had to bring two...

「Positive note, the staff was super helpful. The room was not clean. The sheets on both beds were disgusting. It was late when we got in so no time to stress or change rooms due to morning obligation. We slept in clothes on top of the sheets. I will not stay there again.」

「DIRTY... First room had a musty smell (with a plug in air freshener to try to hide the smell), stains and burn marks on the bedding, and a shorted out bathroom light (presumably from a leak from the bathroom in the room upstairs). Door wasn't sealed well, could see outside from the room. We had to switch rooms due to the shorted out light... But the second room was even worse..
