「Giulio was responsive to every question. Very attentive. This is like an air bnb situation but Italy style. Older building but it does have a tiny elevator which is helpful to get to the 5th floor. We had two carry on type pieces of luggage that fit together with us inside. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs. Basic room with a small safe but everything was clean. Clean, assessable to the M line. Easy to down town. The suite was so beautiful and modern. Beds were very comfortable! 「Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening).」

「The property was very modern, everything very smart and clean. The bathroom was really good, excellent shower. Breakfast was good. The only problem was actually finding the precise location as there is no big sign with the hotel name and it’s actually behind locked gates. It was raining heavily as I was searching for the hotel. I would certainly stay there again.」

「Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. 」

Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking...
