"By far the best hotel I stayed at in all of Italy. We received a spacious updated room. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. The bar and restaurant were great. The staff at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful, getting our taxis and recommending local restaurants. We will most definitely return "

"My first time in Siena and this Rooming House turned out to be a great choice. The view onto the piazza is a real bonus, as is the great location in the heart of the city. "Pretty basic stay, the bed was very hard and the pillows thin. Breakfast was generous in portions and okay given the accommodations. Staff was helpful and kind, including when we had a problem with the heating."

"The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, and I could clearly hear neighbours talking as well as toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. I raised this issue with the staff, but I was told that moving to a different room would incur an additional charge. Given the inconvenience, it would have been appreciated if an alternative room had been offered as a gesture of goodwill. As I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to pursue the matter further."

"This is a clean, quaint little B&B in the heart of Siena. Pietro was simply amazing. Due to travel snafus, I arrived well past the check-in window. He accommodated me and made my stay wonderful. I will stay there again."
