「The manager was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean but the headboards showed wear, water pressure was low in shower, and the outdoor pool was not clean. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and location. A budget-friendly option a short stay.」

The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.」

「We got there around 5pm on 5/1 and soon found out there was no hot water! My wife had to take a cold shower. I could not take a hot shower until mid day on 5/2. I would like a partial refund please.」

「Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!」
