"Good location "

"Vert disappointing stay. The unit was clean but very rundown. There were rocks in the washing machine I had to remove before using it. They want all the dishes clean before leaving but there were no dishtowels or wash rags in the kitchen. The rug was very frayed and the corners did not stay down creating a trip hazzard that was hard to avoid. The TV did not work the entire 2 days we were there. Parking is a nightmare you must be able to park in very tight spaces and we were often blocked and had to ask others to move their car. The location is great and with a decent paint job new flooring and ceiling tiles it could be a nice place. Definitely not worth the price we spent. The heated pool is a pool with a solar cover. BUYER BEWARE."

"Partial beach view was just that if you smashed your head against the window you could see the beach off to the side. Rooms are far from sound proof. Room was clean and it is right next to the beach. "

"Staff was welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. The room was clean but dated. The room key/lock did not work so we were easily change to new room."

"View was decent. The back parking lot between the hotel and the dunes, takes away from the view and can be noisy at night, but that's ok.... it's Tybee. Room was clean, the staff was great. It's taken me 17 years to acquire a room due to lack of availability at my time of travel, but it will always be my first inquiry. "

"Didnt see any staff. Room was clean.ni e view from our room. Hot water could last longer. Very close to downtown. "

"Neat & clean, but if you have an after hours emergency (like locked out), you might be on your own. I realized I forgot my thermal coffee mug 5 mins after check out (was still in the parking of the property), but the codes had been disabled and the after hours (7:20AM) helpline was useless - they recommended I wait till 9AM when the office open. Wait where? I had checked out & it was 35 degrees outside."
