「On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...

「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. 「Check in was a nightmare...one member of staff to multiple people waiting in a line.....dust around tv and no bag in bins or properly clean rooms.no info about ev charging and more annoying was car park was full yet when i popped out just for 5mins my spot was taken...parking should be allocated per room」

「Was a lovely stay overall, a couple cleanliness issues with the comforter on the bed having old hair on it but otherwise was a lovely kept room and hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Paignton and an amazing location. I will be back soon!」
