"The hotel Manager was unbelievably helpful and kind."

"Wonderful hotel with great helpful staff"

"Still brand new. Spotless and modern. Manager Linda (who speaks great English) and support staff were caring in every way, efficient, helpful. Breakfast was large and varied the 3 days I was served. No laundry facilities but literally a 4 minute walk away is a laundry service where a lady did all but fold for me. Location is about a 25 minute walk to the central square, museums...but safe. Would definitely stay there again. Deb"

"The quiet street, location to city center, reasonable price, clean ,"

"Perfect location. Helpful friendly staff. The breakfast room is a bit dark - sit out in the balcony section for a brighter start to the day."

"The hotel's location is good, it is on the right side of the city for the airport (important as traffic can be very slow). The rooms are spacious. The main square, temples and restaurants are abut 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Overall it was a good hotel. Personnel was helpful but weirdly they didn't have soap to was hands. Even when they asked they brought extra tiny bottles of shower gel."

"Great place to stay. Storing luggage for a few days was easy. The laundry service was good. Excellent restaurant downstairs called Double Shot. I would book with them again."

"Very clean. Great location "

"This Misoko hotel was clean , luxurious and safe to stay"

"The hotel is a 25 minute walk from Sukhbaatar square and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good location if based in Ulaanbatar for a couple of days."

"We stayed for 4 days because it had free parking. The rooms are adequate and the staff very nice although limited english. All rooms have a mini fridge which was very convenient for cold refreshments, They offer bathroom products with every stay. Breakfast is delivered to your door each day and they do change it up a bit. The only thing is its not close to the center of the city. i would encourage booking for a budget nice hotel."
