It's a nice hotel. Everyone is friendly and kind. We have stayed here before and will probally stay here again on our next trip to Batavia. We were very pleased with everything about the room and hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I cant believe that expedia would even have this hotel on there site. Not even close to what is is worth. The pool is extremely small and if you need towels you have to give a 10.00 deposit. You have no coffee machine in the room or Phone..WHAT?!?... no room service... no elevator.... no customer service 😕 waited for ever at front desk for someone 🙄 to come ringing the bell and i am not the only one. Workout room.. no thank you. Absolutely no features to this hotel. Breakfast basic/ bagels coffee cereal yougurt and fruit. Also seems like they rent the first floor and people live there and the guest are on the top floor. I still paided over200.00 a night a spent two nights. NEVER AGAIN.

Room lock was broken, one light in bathroom didn’t work. Room smelled very very musty, we let the AC run and went for dinner and didn’t get back til midnight and it still smelled musty. Obvious water damage in the ceiling area. Check-in and staff were very pleasant and nice, we forgot toothpaste and they happily gave us a sample tube.

Dirty stained bed sheets and blankets and asked for replacement bed sheets, they gave us more stained bedding. Clumps of random hair left in tub and bathroom wasn't clean

The entrance is dirty, the curtains in the windows are visibly dirty and torn. The smell in the reception areA is rather unblessed. Though the receptionist was nice, the guest hanging around all looked and acted like. Customer from the prison next door.

I have to say this was the best sleep and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long while. We were not staying at the hotel to hang out in the hotel, just to sleep and watch TV at bed and in the AM. I have stayed in many national chains that charge top dollar and I have had difficulty sleeping due to the bed discomfort. The room was clean but a bit dated with some wallpaper peeling and stains on the ceiling. The TV was dated with the inability to connect to Netflix. Having an in room coffee maker would be a plus and upgraded TVs in rooms would be nice as well. We didn't bring our kids but I know in the past they always like hooking up their x-box or jumping on Netflix. There were individuals that live there due to whatever circumstance they were encountering in life; however, they did not make any disturbances or have any negative impact on the stay. My wife at first had reservations, but this was a well run facilty, helpful staff in the AM and the PM. Having top hotel brands surrounding it, the 50$ less a night made it perfect, especially when we were there to sleep as the sleep and the bed was magnificent. Well run family business and if you are just looking for a comfortable bed and a good sleep then this is your place. If you need fancy vases and chandeliers then look elsewhere.
