Front desk people was excelent. But breakfast was bad, little variety of food to choose from and 1030 they already started asking us and about to clear the buffet. 2nd day we skip breakfast. 😊

Great got shuttle service to and fro nagoya mall. But at 1st staff was not sure if the shuttle is available as they dont know where is the driver. But manage to find anyway it was awesome only this hotel ive stayed offer this wonderful service. Aircon in room take awhile to chill the room. No water heater to cook water. No free tea and coffee. Bed is great. Most comfortable bed ive slept in. Toilet is great too.

Quite cheap room to take a shower, rest and leave

The place was cleaned like in your home. The places at your sigh are clean but below the bed was full of dust, a few old rose petals and used sleepers. Some of the pillows were visually unclean and the sleepers available to us in the room where previously used. The mini bar was empty. In hotel, outside the room, is quite warm and the internet is not good at all. This place is perfect for a quick shower and a quick rest regarding the price. Not more than that. But it had potential to be a better place.

GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT

It was not a trip that we were looking towards to. The hotel's breakfast were miserable and they did not top up the food when it was almost finishing. There were blackouts 5 times in a day, which was not rectified immediately. The toilets had no proper drainage and the water got choked after every shower. I had taken this hotel under the advise of your staff who gave us good reviews on this hotel but came back with great disappointment!

We did not have the chance to stayed at all. We booked the hotel during February the date we booked was on 17 march 2015 to 19 march 2015. When 17 march we reached that about afternoon time around 1415 hrs. The staff said that the hotel was closed. Waste my money and time.

The hotel is far away from all the shopping malls.. Need to get on taxi which the fare is nt consistent.. If you're lucky enough to gt a taxi wit meter fare then its way cheaper than norm.. Gt to pay up to 70 ribu to nagoya mall.. The hotel food, was only ok.. Portion was really small for their price.. Can be improved.. Room was awesome but no view..

Setelah diberi penjelasan, akhirnya saya tetap bayar sesuai dengan harga yang di infokan sebelumnya. Untuk kamar sangat bagus dan nyaman, besar dan bersih juga. Harganya cukup terjangkau untuk ukuran room only. Saya sangat suka hotel ini, tapi sayangnya hanya 1 malam saja disini. Hotel yang bagus untuk di rekomendasikan ke semua orang..
