Direct walkway to Nagoya Hill Mall. Convenient location to most malls in Batam. Gym is small but well equipped. Breakfast buffet spread is decent.

My room was suppose to be superior room, due to an event, my room was upgraded to Suite. The suite was very big! Overall, I enjoy my stay as it was very convenient to shopping mall. Thank you so much!

First time staying with this hotel in Batam. Definitely will be staying again the next time when I visit. It is so close to nagoya hill mall with a direct access pathway from hotel.

Good and clean hotel. Near Nagoya shopping mall and many other amenities. All within walking distance. Staffs are bery friendly. Had visit this hotel miltiple times.

I was traveling with a 5 months old baby, 20 months old toddler, 9 year old kid & 2 adults with 2 rooms with connected door. During 1st night had saw some ants crawling around toilet basin, so didn’t think much. Till the next morning I was very disappointed when I saw there’s lots of ants in one of the room toilet, bar counter & bedside cabinet. Other than this ants issue, the rest are still considered pleasant. Like breakfast buffet, room service food, pool & service from the hotel staffs. Hope the hotel can do something regarding the ant infestation. Thank you.

this is the number one choice in my batam two day's one night comfort stays . When the gateway opens after two years. I go back again .still the same clean and comfortable. Will be back . Very relaxing 👍👍👍

The room full of dusty smell, request further cleaning at the front desk several times, but no improvement. Not worth the money. Wifi connection is terrible.
