"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

"Arrived to a clean property. Staff was helpful in every aspect. The restaurant server even sent hot tea and rolls in our room when he found out she wasn’t feeling well enough to come down to eat. This kind gesture was much appreciated. Thank you Monarch restaurant staff for being so thoughtful."

"The rooms were a lot smaller than i thought. There was a smell. The blankets were old and had turned from white to an off yellow. The room was very small. We left after a few hours and they refused to refund our stay. There is one room in the whole place that is bigger, but they would not let me pay the difference but basically asked me to rent another room which was that one room. If you are comfortable in a hostel type of place, this is the equivalent. Otherwise the room is not up to normal...
