"Good central location, comfortable bed and decent sized rooms. Shower could have been cleaner and it was quite noisy - hearing other room doors open and close loudly and water pipe noise would be frustrating if you’re a light sleeper. Coffee bags in the room aren’t great but the free coffee machine in the lobby is a good alternative - individual machines in rooms would be better rather. Free juice and fruit bowl is a nice touch. "

"Large space. Not to far from amenities. It’s modern, handy, en-suite, convenient and priced about right. So on that basis I’d stay again. The rest of this information is to assist readers Straight walk to Te Papa museum and waterfront about 3/4 mile away. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer and clearly a piece of furniture had been removed, leaving a huge void in the room. ‘Bedside’ lights were ceiling mounted and bright white. "

"Just very poor cleaning service, and the unknown bond I hadto pay when I arrived and there was nothing online about no “100” bond?, …the first room we got was filthy the beds everything!! There was literally old rubbish just sitting there as we walked in it was a lot . The bathroom!! I’ve never seen a bathroom in such state fr!, the items we found in there shocking VERY!. The CRUMBS .yes as we walked in to our room there were crumbs all over one of the beds ,dust and rubbish all underneath the beds and lastly the dam stains on the beds , I just could not handle that service then on top of that no refund nothing !. Was stranded and had to find 100 bucks because the money I had was meant to last us our hole trip but unfortunately i ended up useing it cause reception really wouldn’t give up so we then ask for another room, and got another to find…the shower broken, the microwave didn’t even work aswell as old milk in the fridge it was just ridiculous…definitely wouldn’t recommend but hey if your tight on money and don’t care well there u go "
