"Room was clean and spotless. Staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and get us a room early. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is ideal and walking distance to many sights. Staff also helped with coffee machine that was not working immediately. Would highly recommend."

That festive spirit came alive on NYE at Batuer, the hotel’s restaurant. Alongside a carefully planned chef’s menu, multiple live performances kept the evening energized. Guests were also invited to take part in the beloved Spanish tradition of eating the 12 grapes at midnight; sharing that moment together—surrounded by music, laughter, and celebration—made the night feel both culturally authentic and wonderfully communal. What truly sets the Cotton House apart, though, is the people. Every team member was friendly, fun, and genuinely enthusiastic about making our stay memorable. It’s rare to find a hotel where service feels this joyful. In every sense, the Cotton House delivered an unforgettable experience.
