"It’s a lovely hotel swimming pool gym facials staff are really helpful especially Michell on reception well done Michell deserves a star The only downside was the food some uneatable worse than any hotel I’ve been too we ended up going elsewear for our food we did complain the second night needs looking into I had the same sweet two nights one was really good strawberries cream biscuits delicious the second night they forgot the cream and strawberries and only one biscuit Sorry"

"The apartment was spacious and overall clean. Excellent sleeping mattress - we are buying one for us for home. Only the balcony was messy. Hotel on beautiful grounds and staff in the restaurant and spa were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, very close to Lancaster city, easy access by Uber. Definitely would come back."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago."

"Lancaster House is a fantastic place for a stop off heading down the motorway. The staff were able to accommodate us even although there was a large group being welcomed. Our room was first class with much appreciated air conditioning on a sweltering day. Our meal was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs within a very nice environment."
